วันที่ 28 ตุลาคม 2567 พลโท นายแพทย์อำนาจ บาลี ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ ร่วมพิธีเปิดการจัดอบรมโครงการ “การสร้างเสริมศักยภาพวิทยากรสอนปฐมพยาบาล หลักสูตร Training of Trainer Level C” เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรจากสำนักงานบรรเทาทุกข์ฯ 5 คน และบุคลากรจากศูนย์ฝึกอบรมปฐมพยาบาลและสุขภาพอนามัย สภากาชาดไทย รวม 16 คน ให้มีการพัฒนาศักยภาพและรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมให้มีมาตรฐานตามนโยบายของ IFRC โดยผู้เข้ารับการอบรมสามารถต่อยอดไปเป็นผู้นิเทศและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ประชาชนและจิตอาสาได้อย่างถูกต้อง ณ ห้องการะเกด ชั้น 1 โรงแรมแมนดาริน สามย่าน กรุงเทพฯ

On 28th October, 2024, Lt.Gen.(Rtd) Amnat Barlee, M.D., Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau (RCHB), participated in the opening ceremony of project training “Building the potential of first aid instructors, Training of Trainer Level C” to develop personnel from RCHB 5 people and Staff of the First Aid and Health Care Training Center, Thai Red Cross Society, total 16 people to develop potential and training formats to meet standards according to policy of IFRC, trainees can develop themselves into supervisors and give advice to the public and volunteers correctly. at Karaket Room, 1st floor, Mandarin Hotel, Samyan, Bangkok.
